This web site is owned and operated by Wodonga Skin Centre and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in this Terms of Use policy. By using this site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this web site (‘the web site’), which is set out on this web site page.


  • Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask all clients to respect our policy.
  • 24 hrs Cancellation/Rescheduling notice is required to allow time to relocate your appointment to another client.
  • Please also note, if you are late, your service may be shortened, but you will be charged the full service price.
  • We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment: if forms are required to be filled in or you need to use the bathroom this will not use your “actual treatment time”


  • Gift Vouchers are redeemable for services and products
  • Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase
  • Gift Voucher must have serial number written on the voucher for the voucher to be valid.
  • Gift Voucher may still be used without original voucher if the client has the serial number.
  • Pre paid packages are non transferable.
  • Pre paid packages have an expiry of 3 – 12 months from the date of purchase depending on the treatment and quantity purchased.



  • Wodonga Skin Centre offers regular specials for the duration of a month
  • Monthly Specials can only be purchased during the sale month.
  • The treatment price will revert back to our normal price after your package is finished.
  • Offers are not Valid after expiry date.
  • Specials are nontransferable.



  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
  • This is when the item:
  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
  • Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
