CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING/ LATE ARRIVAL
- Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask all clients to respect our policy.
- 24 hrs Cancellation/Rescheduling notice is required to allow time to relocate your appointment to another client.
- Please also note, if you are late, your service may be shortened, but you will be charged the full service price.
- We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment: if forms are required to be filled in or you need to use the bathroom this will not use your “actual treatment time”
GIFT VOUCHERS / PACKAGES
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable for services and products
- Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from date of purchase
- Gift Voucher must have serial number written on the voucher for the voucher to be valid.
- Gift Voucher may still be used without original voucher if the client has the serial number.
- Pre paid packages are non transferable.
- Pre paid packages have an expiry of 3 – 12 months from the date of purchase depending on the treatment and quantity purchased.
- Wodonga Skin Centre offers regular specials for the duration of a month
- Monthly Specials can only be purchased during the sale month.
- The treatment price will revert back to our normal price after your package is finished.
- Offers are not Valid after expiry date.
- Specials are nontransferable.
- We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
- This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
- Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
